Letterhead is a basic document for the primary visual communication in business. This is a mandatory document and thus standards for the format and layout of graphical elements within the letterhead are clearly defined. It contains basic information related to the company: contact phones, e-mail address, TIN, ID no., numbers of bank accounts.

Letterheads are used when offers or invoices, memos, reports, etc are issued. They are used by all companies that want to do business successfully and gain the trust of customers. It is printed in A4 format on matte or glossy papers from 80-300g. Required information on the letterhead:

 

  • Logo of the company
  • Full name of the company
  • Address
  • Phone numbers
  • Fax numbers
  • E-mail addresses
  • ID no. (identification number), TIN (Tax Identification Number)
  • Web pages (address)
  • Business accounts with banks
